Terms of service
License
Each product grants the buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal and commercial use, including on client work. Redistribution as-is, including reselling, mirroring on a public repository, or republishing as your own product, is prohibited. Internal sharing inside a single legal entity (one company) is permitted.
No warranty
Products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall the seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from the use or inability to use the products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Japan.
Changes
The seller may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
